When I picked up this order and saw the towel I immediately knew! Fellow alums of @theculinaryinstituteofamerica would agree! It's so awesome to still be part of the industry that I love and being able to help fellow classmates.
Got an awesome set of knives from someone the other day. He picked up some knives from the oldest blacksmithing shop in Kyoto and also had some more vintage used pieces from Japan as well.
