This kind of thing bothers me a bit! Had someone bring me some knives to sharpen and look at how the bolster has been left from the previous sharpenings. Please please please grind down the bolster too when sharpening, otherwise it’ll never cut right. The last picture is after I ground it down to be flush with the edge.
