Got an awesome set of knives from someone the other day. He picked up some knives from the oldest blacksmithing shop in Kyoto and also had some more vintage used pieces from Japan as well.
Update time: I have stepped back from my kitchen work to work full time on this knife sharpening business and I couldn't be happier!
